Privacy Policy — House Divided

House Divided is published by Andromeda Studios ("we," "us"). This policy explains how the House Divided app handles your information. The short version: House Divided collects nothing about you.

We collect no personal information

House Divided has no accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other personal information. We do not track you, we serve no ads, and we use no analytics. The app contains no third-party tracking or advertising software of any kind.

Information stored on your device

House Divided saves a small amount of information so the app works the way you expect — which Moments you've read, your place in the material, your settings, and whether you've purchased Full Access. This information is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, synced privately through your own Apple iCloud account using Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage. It stays within your Apple account. We have no access to it and never receive it.

Purchases

Full Access is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see or store your payment information, card details, or Apple ID. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

House Divided is intended as a study aid and is suitable for students, including children under 13. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by collecting nothing from any user, regardless of age.

Diagnostics

The only information we might ever receive is anonymous, aggregated crash data that Apple makes available to developers — and only if you have chosen to share it in your device's privacy settings. This data is never linked to your identity and is used solely to fix problems in the app.

No third parties

House Divided shares no information with third parties, because it collects none. The only external services involved are Apple's own — the App Store for purchases and iCloud for syncing your own data — each governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Data security

Because we collect and store no personal data on any server, there is no personal information for us to lose or expose. Information saved on your device and in your iCloud is protected by Apple's device and account security.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this policy and revise the date above.
